Exterior facade of a Basel jewellery store
A touch of gold with a high attraction value.

The extensive renovation for the opening of a newly designed boutique of a luxury French brand demonstrated strong loyalty towards Basel and offered high attraction value for the entirety of the Freie Strasse, which has been undergoing improvements to become a new shopping mile. In parallel, for a one-month period the exterior facade also featured eye-catching design elements alluding to the boutique's elegant, premium-quality jewellery.

For the opening of this jewellery store on Freie Strasse in Basel, we were commissioned by the Roberto Lazzari Company to produce gold panels made from Dibond sheets featuring a special mirrored film to create the desired effect.

The golden shapes with their ample surface areas, clean lines and pared-down design were a modern, deconstructed homage to the brand's "Panthère", an iconic element of its creative history.

In addition to producing the panels, we were also responsible for installing them carefully and professionally using clamp mountings in order to avoid drilling holes in the facade of this listed building.
