Hybrid big poster for UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 final draw
Innovation meets tradition.

As a leading provider of big poster projects in Switzerland, we are setting new standards in combining analogue and digital communications. We present a hybrid out-of-home advertising solution with a poster that uses both print and LED technology.

This innovative LEDTec.flex product has been created in collaboration with the German developer LightnTec GmbH. The flexible LED film is available in a range of resolutions, and can be perfectly integrated into printed banners thanks to its light weight. With a design depth of just 3 cm and weighing 3-5 kg/m², it is ideal for outdoor use. The panels are easy to install using hook-and-loop tape, reducing the installation time and costs significantly.

The first impressive example was used for the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 final draw at the Swisstech Convention Center in Lausanne. Here, a big poster measuring 15.3 m in width and 4.2 m in height was installed on a truss construction that was also equipped with two LEDTec.flex LED screens of 1x1 m and 4x2.5 m).

The Christmas motif was designed by the online and advertising agency KRT Media AG in Lucerne and implemented in accordance with UEFA’s wishes using various AI tools. The high-resolution image was printed onto the banner and perfectly coordinated with the LED integration thanks to precise finishing work. The LED screens were operated using the PlayEverywhere digital signage solution from our Stuttgart-based subsidiary Netvico GmbH.

On the day of implementation, our specialists on site brought together the analogue and digital worlds to create an impressive display that delighted everyone in attendance.

A view inside a production hall: A large FIAB assembly and welding system is processing a large-format banner; the printed side displays a design with warm lighting, while the white reverse side of the material lies unrolled next to it. In the center, dark, rectangular sections are visible as a prepared area for LED integration (LEDTec.flex)—an example of big-poster implementation, fabrication, and installation preparation at Richnerstutz.
