Our company has been responsible for implementing the Economic Forum in Davos for many years, and it is always an enjoyable and exciting but also challenging time. For a very short period of time, we temporarily completely redesign the existing Davos locations for customers from all over the world, then restore them to their original state immediately after the world-famous meeting of business and politics.
In the numerous, individually designed locations, not only are all the different interior concepts completely redesigned, the outdoor area is also adapted to suit the current aesthetic. We are also responsible for the production and installation of over two dozen megaposters.
A specialist project management team ensures trouble-free project development, planning and coordination ahead of time, bringing our expertise in design, multimedia, advertisement, carpentry and metal construction to the project. Great care is taken to ensure that as many installations as possible are reused, whether at the location or as raw materials in other projects.
For around twenty days, up to 200 members of staff are in Davos each day, taking care of construction, logistics and assembly on our behalf. The material required for this is produced at our head office in Villmergen in advance, and produced in enormous quantities by our specialists during construction. For example, we print a total of around 10,000 m2 of material and prepare over 1,000 data documents in the pre-print phase.
