The perfect platform for the AMAG dealer network.

After a five-year hiatus, the long-awaited AMAG Partner Days finally returned. Under the motto “#Vorauslenken” (steering ahead), the trade fair organized by AMAG Import AG at Messe Luzern once again offered more than 1,000 trade and service partners, stop+go partners, and guests an important and valued platform with presentations, fringe events and exhibition stands.

Richnerstutz was proud to be awarded the contract for the overall concept, in cooperation with AMAG, and was responsible for the production and installation of over 70 exhibition stands in Hall 2.

We were also commissioned to design Hall 1, the venue for all the sessions for trade and service partners, which included the installation of carpets, seating and vehicle floor markings, as well as to furnish and decorate the foyer and assist with the furnishing of the forum.

It was an exciting major project, which also involved the production of custom-made solutions such as triangular, pentagonal and curved tension frames for the construction of the stands, as well as columns with integrated iPads and touch screens to support technology partner auviso – audio visual solutions ag.

The AMAG Partner Days were successfully relaunched in 2023 thanks to the close cooperation of all those involved.

Check-in area for the 2023 AMAG Partner Days: Tall, branded check-in pillars featuring directional graphics and the AMAG Import logo mark the reception area; in front of them are check-in counters equipped with tablets, badge printers, and colored lanyards. The clear event signage and consistent branding ensure efficient visitor guidance throughout the exhibition venue. Richnerstutz implemented the check-in signage and event elements as part of the exhibition stand construction and event concept at Messe Luzern.

Trade fairs for the AMAG dealer network

AMAG Partner Days 2023 at the exhibition hall: A SEAT Leon is on display in a pink-marked vehicle area in front of a large, magenta-branded backdrop featuring themed sections such as “Aftersales Marketing” and “AMAG ReCars.” Groups of visitors gather information at counters and information kiosks; the trade show and event design combines booth construction, branding, and floor markings into a clear wayfinding system and a strong brand presence.
AMAG Partner Days at Messe Luzern: An oversized, colorful 3D directional sign with arrows dominates the exhibition design and guides visitors through the event hall, while a classic VW bus serves as an eye-catching element of the brand presentation—a powerful combination of signage, event branding, booth construction, and spatial design by Richnerstutz.
AMAG Partner Days 2023 – “Vehicle Accessories” Experience Area: Two large-format information displays featuring images of car and bike accessories frame an interactive display with QR codes; behind it, a tent installation has been set up as an experience zone. The display at the Lucerne Trade Fair highlights the topic of accessories within the AMAG dealer network and invites visitors to learn more and exchange ideas at the booth.
